Q1. What are your packing terms?
A: Typically, we package our products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. However, if you possess a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes upon receiving your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your payment terms?
A: We require a T/T deposit of 30%, with the remaining 70% payable before delivery. Prior to payment of the balance, we will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your approval.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU as our delivery terms.
Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, delivery takes 3 to 7 days after receiving your advance payment. However, the specific delivery time may vary depending on the items and quantity of your order.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: If we have the parts in stock, we can provide samples. However, customers are responsible for paying the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we conduct a 100% inspection before delivery to ensure product quality.

Transportation Standards
• Packing: Standard export plywood cases, fumigated, waterproof, anti-collision and rust-proof.
• Fixation: Engine will be securely fixed in the container to avoid movement or damage during transportation.
• Loading: Professional loading by forklift or crane; loading photos will be provided to customers.
• Transportation: Mainly by sea freight, suitable for long-distance international transportation.
• Risk: All transportation risks shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with the trade terms (EXW / FOB / CIF).
Warranty Policy
• The warranty period is 1 year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
• Free replacement of defective parts will be provided within the warranty period.
• On-site repair service is available for orders with a total value of 1 million RMB or above, covering countries in Southeast Asia.
